UM Metro Students Participate in PTMA Global and Cultural Exposure 2026 in Malaysia

International UM Metro — Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro (UM Metro) proudly announces the participation of three outstanding students in the PTMA Global and Cultural Exposure 2026 program held in Malaysia. This initiative reflects the university’s ongoing commitment to strengthening international collaboration and promoting global learning experiences.
The students were officially sent off by the Rector of UM Metro in a formal ceremony, symbolizing institutional support for international student mobility. This program serves as a strategic platform for students to engage in academic exchange, cultural immersion, and collaborative networking with participants from various Muhammadiyah universities and international institutions.
During the program, participants will take part in a series of academic discussions, institutional visits, and cultural activities aimed at enhancing their global perspective and intercultural communication skills.
In his message, the Rector encouraged the students to represent UM Metro with integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility. He emphasized the importance of maximizing this opportunity to gain knowledge, build international connections, and contribute positively as representatives of the university and Indonesia.
This participation aligns with UM Metro’s vision to develop globally competitive graduates who are adaptive, culturally aware, and ready to contribute in an increasingly interconnected world.
